A graduate of St. Therese and St. Joseph Catholic High School, Mrs. Sims received her degree in Elementary Education from Belhaven College. While living in Brookhaven, she was the Coordinator of Religious Education at St. Francis Catholic Church. She previously taught at St. Therese and St. Richard and started at St. Anthony in 2014. Mrs. Sims is a member of the Cathedral of St. Peter the Apostle.
