Michele Warnock has a Master of Business Administration from Millsaps College and undergraduate and graduate degrees in Food Science and Technology from Mississippi State University.  Prior to joining the staff at St. Anthony, Mrs. Warnock worked in market development for the Mississippi Department of Agriculture and Commerce and in marketing and public relations for The Catfish Institute - the national association responsible for promoting U.S. farm-raised catfish. Mrs.Warnock and her family are active members of St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church.
