St. Dominic's, Capital Orthopaedics, and Genesis Physical Therapy are hosting free sports screenings on Saturday, May 12 for rising 7th graders who plan to attend St. Joseph Catholic High School. The block of time scheduled for St. Joe Athletes is from 9:45 AM- 10:15 AM. The physicals will be held at St.Dominic’s, Madison Clinic across from Broadmoor Baptist Church. It is very important that all rising 7th grade athletes make every attempt to be there. Forms are available at the St. Anthony front office. Parents will need to fill out the appropriate sections and SIGN. Please bring the completed form to the physical with you on Saturday, May 12th. St. Joe Coaches will be present to collect the forms upon exiting the physical.
