Via Creativa is an after-school program dedicated to the arts that allows students to explore varying areas of interest. Via Creativa students engage in activities that emphasize technique, risk-taking, and aesthetic awareness through the exploration of:

Kids Can Cook with Rachael Kenyon
Sign up now for Kids Can Cook, a hands-on baking experience for all ages. Students will learn the basics of cooking, baking, and decorating. Multiple classes are offered per week. From easy snacks to lunch and dinner items, your kids will be amazed at how much fun can be had (and how much can be learned) in the kitchen.
K4 – 6th Grades: Monday or Thursday (One Class Per Week), 3:00 pm – 4:00 pm
Classes begin September 8 and conclude December 8

In this fun, creative movement class, students K4 and K will learn the elementary concepts of dance: coordination, rhythm, and movement to music.
Students will progress in strength, balance, and coordination.
At the end of the year, students will be invited to perform in Ballet Mississippi’s
Spring recital.

Crunchy Granola Class with Laura Hartlein
Join Registered Dietitian Laura Hartlein and Esper Delgado, Ed S, for nine weeks of exciting adventures in Health & Wellness. Students will learn about nutrition and wellness while engaging in fun, hands-on activities. From making sourdough bread to making organic lip balm and organic laundry detergent, students will develop an appreciation of health living.
3rd – 5th Grades: Wednesday 2:05 pm – 3:00 pm

Skyhawks Sports Academy will be offering a multi-sport class. The class will be an introduction to pickleball, tennis, and golf. The class is designed for boys and girls. Multi-Sport programs are designed to introduce young athletes to a variety of different sports in one setting. Athletes will learn the rules and essential skills of each sport, along with vital life lessons such as sportsmanship, inclusion and teamwork.

Kickstart a journey into the world's most popular sport. Young athletes will learn essential soccer skills of dribbling, shooting, passing, and ball control in a fun, safe environment. Along with life lessons such as teamwork, sportsmanship, and leadership.
Boys and Girls PK4, PK5 and 1st Grade: Friday 3:00 pm - 4:00 pm
ArtCase Lessons
Unlock your creative potential and learn fine arts from a professional artist! Students will explore three dynamic mediums—drawing, painting, and digital art, all while building foundational skills like concentration, fine motor skills, and creativity. Throughout the year, students will create stickers, animations, and ready-framed art. They will also have the exciting opportunity to showcase their best work in a curated ArtCase Art Show at the end of the school year. Selected pieces will be framed and exhibited!
K4 – 3rd Grades: Friday 3:00 pm – 4:00 pm
4th – 6th Grades: Friday 4:00 pm – 5:00 pm (Note- if not enrolled in ACE): for this option, students would either need to be picked up at 3:00 pm and return at 4:00 pm for class, or drop-in at ACE. ACE drop-in fee is $17/drop-in.)
