Interest Form

Since our inception in 2009, enrollment at St. Anthony Catholic School has surpassed our enrollment projections. Those interested in attending St. Anthony are strongly encouraged to enroll beginning the entry year of prekindergarten (PK4).

St. Anthony Catholic School documents official interest in enrollment upon receipt of a completed Interest Form. Once your completed Interest Form is submitted, a member of the admissions team will contact you.
