Miss Cashman received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Studio Art from Millsaps College. She taught art for Vicksburg Catholic Schools at St. Aloysius High School and St. Francis Xavier Elementary for grades 5-12 from 2004 -2007.  Miss Cashman worked at the Mississippi Museum of Art in Jackson, MS in the Education Department conducting guided tours for student groups and teaching children's programming including Kaleidoscope Summer Art Camp and The Museum School.  She joined St. Anthony Catholic School in 2009 and was named the 2010 Elementary Art Educator of the Year by the Mississippi Art Education Association. In 2016, Miss Cashman was awarded the Bill Poirier Mississippi Outstanding Art Educator of the year by MAEA, the Thad Cochran Distinguished Arts Educator in Visual Arts, and was named the Millsaps College Outstanding Young Alum. Miss Cashman serves on the Board of Directors for MAEA as the Independent Schools Representative.  She is a member of The Church at North Shore.
