Mrs. McCarty received B.A. degrees in International Relations and German from the University of California at Davis. She received her Master’s of Public Administration from San Francisco State University. Prior to teaching at St. Anthony School Mrs. McCarty worked at the United States Department of Education in Washington D.C. Mrs. McCarty enjoyed using her knowledge of the Spanish language while serving as a Peace Corps Volunteer.
